Upon completion of our review, we provide a set of drawings with Weathertight markups and a summary report with our comments and recommendations for the client’s consideration. Included in the design review, Weathertight  provides project-specific details and product recommendations as needed.

Our design assistance considers factors such as cost, constructability, durability, and other important factors. Systems we provide design assistance for includes roofing, exterior walls, coatings, fenestrations, below-grade waterproofing, and other building enclosure systems.

We provide detailed construction observations for roofing, waterproofing, flashings, below-grade systems, and glazing systems at critical stages. Our inspections are accompanied by reports that contain a list of defects for the construction team to address.

Construction mockups are critical for successful building enclosure construction. We always recommend constructing a mockup. Our team reviews the installation of the mockup systems on-site during construction.

Problems arise during construction. It's a guarantee. We are available during construction to provide recommendations for these issues. We provide deliverables such as recovery details, product recommendations, and contractor recommendations in a timely manner.

Reviewing the building enclosure submittals is just as critical as reviewing the contract documents. We provide an expert-level review for building enclosure-related submittals including shop drawings, product data, test data, and warranty information.
